A very special highlight: Gabriele Heins, Editor-in-Chief of DER FEINSCHMECKER, will be on board during the first days of the cruise, bringing the world of this renowned gourmet magazine to life. Together with the AMADEUS Executive Chef, she will help create a refined culinary experience - featuring sophisticated menus, perfectly paired wines, and an elegant setting.

Itinerary
Raise a glass at the welcome cocktail and toast to the culinary journey ahead while getting to know the crew and your fellow guests. AMADEUS River Cruises and DER FEINSCHMECKER warmly welcome you on board, before our Executive Chef and Ms. Heins personally guide you through your first dinner experience. In the evening, the ship sets sail and your journey begins. End the day with a delightful evening of music and dancing, accompanied by our onboard musicians.

In the morning, you arrive in the picturesque town of Cochem on the Moselle. During an optional excursion, visit a historic mustard mill before enjoying a wine tasting at the renowned Hieronimi winery. Back on board, your journey continues through the scenic Moselle Valley.
In the afternoon, indulge in an exclusive FEINSCHMECKER chocolate tasting hosted by Gabriele Heins, followed by an inspiring presentation highlighting the unique experiences of AMADEUS River Cruises.
In the early evening, your ship arrives in Koblenz. Look forward to a festive gourmet gala dinner featuring perfectly paired wines from the Moselle and Rheingau regions, before another elegant evening of music and dancing rounds off the day.

During breakfast, the ship departs Koblenz and sets course along the Rhine. In the morning, enjoy an exclusive FEINSCHMECKER olive oil tasting on board, hosted by expert Kersten Wetenkamp. In the early afternoon, you arrive in the charming wine town of Rüdesheim. Here, you may choose between a visit to the renowned winemaker Toni Jost (optional) or an exclusive boathouse experience with Michelin-starred chef Nils Henkel (optional). Back on board, indulge in an elegant afternoon tea featuring Eilles tea, accompanied by tea sommelier Frank Minten. In the evening, a festive farewell dinner provides the perfect culinary finale to your journey.
