Customer experience improved thanks to new Amadeus River Cruise website

Customers researching and looking for a river cruise journey online can benefit from a better user experience thanks to the launch of Amadeus River Cruise’s brand-new website.

The site, which showcases the wide variety of European river cruise sailings, has been updated to ensure that passengers can make research their planned trip with ease.

Highlights of the updated website include new pricing structures which show complete package rates including flights and non-UK transfers, making it easier for customers to know the final price of their preferred journey.

The site also provides written blog entries from members of the Amadeus River Cruise UK team, detailing their experiences aboard various ships within the Amadeus fleet. The purpose of the blog posts is to provide travellers with an in-depth look into the different river cruise options available from the operator.

Speaking of the new website launch, Natalie O’Mahoney, Head of Sales for Amadeus River Cruises said: “We’ve listened carefully to customer feedback and we’ve amended our website to make it easier for travellers to find out all of the information that they need prior to making a booking. By packaging up our new pricing structures, the overall price is clearly demonstrated which has improved our booking processes.”
